HOW CAN KINESIOLOGY AND NEURAL ORGANISATIONAL TECHNIQUE  HELP?

Over time, people learn to live with stress; but it is actually how one reacts to the stress that is the issue. Fight or flight situations occur (everybody has these!) and one goes into survival mode. Habits are formed – therefore defence reactions and patterns become the norm. The brain then reacts the same way anytime there’s a stressful situation. Just because one IS functioning on a certain level, doesn’t mean it’s necessarily the correct or best way for them to live.

Disease actually comes from dis-ease. For example, something showing as a physical ailment, could actually be an emotional trauma from the past, which has been suppressed and not dealt with. We need to listen to what our bodies are telling us, and not suppress things with medication – because it will only manifest in some other, bigger, more painful way!

WHAT ABOUT SIDE EFFECTS?

During a session or balance, there are energy shifts that occur. Sometimes the change is immediate, and other times, it can take a day or two for the process to become noticeable.

People react differently. Some might experience slight light-headedness or even nausea, whilst others feel wonderful immediately! Sometimes people start yawning - and tummies even begin to rumble - as they process (and digest) what has been done energetically.

An adverse reaction is actually more commonly known as a 'healing crisis'. What happens is that the laws of recuperation come into play. Occasionally one might feel worse before they start feeling better, and that is exactly what is supposed to happen - it's actually a good thing! One could even become quite emotional, as emotions that had been buried, start to thaw and release.
